Welcome to our vacation home in Nerotrivia, on the beautiful island of Evia (Εύβοια), Greece. This is a privately owned property, lovingly maintained by Roman and Hadas, available for short-term holiday rentals to guests who are looking for a quiet, authentic Greek island escape.
The house features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living area — comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The crown jewel of the property is the panoramic balcony overlooking the calm, crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea, where you can watch the most breathtaking sunsets every evening.
Evia Island is one of Greece's hidden gems — large enough to explore, yet off the beaten tourist path. The village of Nerotrivia sits right by the sea, offering a peaceful atmosphere, fresh seafood tavernas, and easy access to hiking trails, beaches, and local villages. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Guests are welcome year-round, with the high season running from June through September. We take pride in keeping the home clean, well-stocked, and ready to make your holiday memorable.
